NLD-1 Tension Clamp For Overhead Lines
Suitable for conductor outer diameters of Φ5.0–10 mm, specifically designed for tension anchoring of conductors in small-scale 10 kV low-voltage overhead lines, and suitable for fixing the terminals of rural street lighting branch lines and small service entry conductors. Featuring a cast aluminium body secured by two U-bolts, this lightweight and quick-to-install tension clamp is suitable for small-diameter, light-load conductors.

Features of NLD Tension Clamp For Overhead Lines
Material: The main body of the clamp is made from ZL102 cast aluminium alloy, which is lightweight yet offers high tensile strength, ensuring it is unlikely to fracture under long-term overhead loads.
Manufacturing Process: The aluminium alloy clamp body is formed through a single-piece die-casting process, ensuring there are no internal air pockets or sand holes, and providing uniform and stable mechanical load-bearing performance throughout.
Corrosion Protection: The entire aluminium alloy body undergoes anodising to form a dense protective oxide layer, which prevents oxidation caused by exposure to outdoor air and rain.
Standards:Strictly complies with the national standards for tension clamps (GB/T 2314, GB/T 2315, DL/T 757), covering overhead conductors with diameters ranging from 5.0 mm to 23 mm and rated breaking loads of 20–90 kN. Suitable for terminal anchoring applications on overhead lines in 10 kV rural grids, urban distribution networks and industrial plant areas.
