A: Series connection is possible but should not exceed two links. Excessive series connection increases connection points and reduces overall reliability. When using in series, select the same grade to ensure uniform force distribution.
Q: What is the difference between extended-type PH-A and standard extension links?
A: The extended-type increases the inner ring length based on the standard type for applications requiring larger adjustment range. Other technical parameters are identical and interchangeable with standard-type matching fittings.
Q: What should be done if the extension link opening gap becomes smaller?
A: A smaller opening gap may be caused by plastic deformation or wear, affecting installation and rotation. Severely deformed extension links should be replaced. Check whether connecting fittings are properly matched.
Q: How should damage to the extension link hot-dip galvanized coating be handled?
A: Minor damage can be repaired with zinc-rich paint. Severe damage or corrosion requires replacement. Before touch-up painting, rust must be removed to expose bare metal luster to ensure anti-corrosion effectiveness.
