DT-70 Copper Conductor Terminal Lug

Suitable for 70mm² conductors, specifically designed for connecting medium-section conductors to equipment in 10kV power distribution circuits, and suitable for use in transformers, switchgear and other equipment. Made of tin-plated copper, featuring a single-socket bolt connection, it offers excellent electrical conductivity and serves as a universal terminal block for medium-section conductors.

Features of DT-70 Copper Conductor Terminal Lug

Material: The main body is made from high-purity T2 copper, which offers high electrical conductivity and low resistivity, ensuring excellent temperature rise control under high current conditions.

Manufacturing Process: The mounting holes are precision-punched and double-chamfered to fit standard Chinese equipment bolts, ensuring smooth assembly without scratching the fasteners.

Corrosion Protection: The entire terminal is fully coated with a protective tin-plated layer, which acts as a barrier against moisture and air, preventing the copper components from oxidising and turning black, and thereby reducing contact resistance.

Standards: Strictly complies with the national standards for electrical fittings GB/T 2314, GB/T 2315 and DL/T 693, covering the full range of copper core cables from 35 to 300 mm².
