1. Broad-Band Vibration Damping

The asymmetrical design (with unequal hammer head weights and steel strand lengths at both ends) features four resonance frequencies, covering the common vibration frequency range of conductors (3–150 Hz). Its vibration damping performance far exceeds that of traditional FD-type clamps (which have only two frequencies).

2. Anti-Corona / Corrosion Resistance

The hammer features a tuning-fork-style open structure with no enclosed cavities, preventing water accumulation and ice formation, ensuring greater stability in extremely cold and humid environments.
Line clamps are made of aluminum alloy (330 kV and above) or hot-dip galvanized steel (220 kV and below), with smooth surfaces to reduce the risk of corona discharge.
The hammer head and steel strand are hot-dip galvanized, providing resistance to atmospheric corrosion and a service life of ≥10 years.

The U-shaped design of the hammer head prevents contact and abrasion with the steel strand at high frequencies.
The clamp offers strong gripping force; when paired with rubber pads, it prevents conductor damage and slippage.

Compatible with steel-core aluminum stranded wire, aluminum stranded wire, copper stranded wire, and ground wires. Covers voltages from 10 kV to 500 kV; essential for lines with spans ≥120 m.

High-voltage overhead transmission lines: 110kV/220kV/330kV/500kV; straight and tension sections with spans >120m; must be installed on both sides of suspension clamps and tension clamps.
Long-span / wind-prone / mountainous lines: In areas with severe wind vibration, prioritize the FR-type wide-frequency vibration damping clamp.
Arctic, coastal, and high-humidity regions: Replace FD-type dampers to address issues such as water accumulation and freezing, corona discharge, and corrosion.
