Material: Modified weather-resistant PA66 housing paired with a stainless steel tensioning bail; structural strength meets a 3.5 kN tensile load requirement; designed for clamping and protecting small-gauge wires (4–8 mm²).
Manufacturing: One-piece injection-molded housing with an internal profile matched to the outer diameter of small-cross-section conductors; self-locking structure allows for assembly and securing by hand.
Corrosion Resistance: Metal components undergo anti-rust passivation treatment; the plastic housing is resistant to UV aging; the sealed clamping structure prevents moisture from corroding the contact areas.
Standards: Suitable for 1 kV low-voltage distribution lines; complies with industry manufacturing standards for electric power fittings, including GB/T2314, GB/T2315, DL/T764, and DL/T284.
