FR-3 Stockbridge Style Dampers

Compatible with cable diameters of 18.0–28.0mm, specifically designed for vibration damping and protection of 35kV urban main transmission lines, suitable for wind vibration protection of heavy-load trunk lines in industrial parks and suburban high-voltage lines. Extended hammer arm with ample counterweight provides long-lasting buffering against high-frequency vibrations. This is a dedicated vibration damper for medium to large cross-section cables.

Material: The internal damping steel strands use high-carbon galvanized steel wire, resistant to bending fatigue and not easily broken by repeated vibration.

Process: A special pre-twisting forming process for the damping strands ensures uniform tension distribution, effectively counteracting high-frequency wind vibration of the conductor.

Corrosion Resistance: The damping steel wire is entirely electro-galvanized for corrosion protection, preventing oxidation and strand breakage even after long-term exposure to wind and rain.

Standards: Strictly adheres to GB/T2314, GB/T2315, and DL/T1099 national standards for power fittings, compatible with all specifications of 10kV-110kV overhead conductors, meeting the wind and seismic protection requirements of urban and rural power distribution networks and high-voltage transmission lines.
