FR-1 Stock Bridge Dampers

Compatible with cable diameters of 7.0–12.0mm, specifically designed for vibration damping and protection of 10kV light-load overhead lines, suitable for rural branch lines and street light overhead lines. Steel-aluminum composite structure with bolt fixing for easy assembly and disassembly; universally applicable to small-diameter conductors.

Material: The counterweight hammer body is made of high-grade gray cast iron, with high density and sufficient self-weight, ensuring long-lasting and stable vibration damping effect.

Process: The cast iron counterweight is integrally sand-cast, free of porosity and sand holes, resulting in small dimensional errors and high vibration damping consistency.

Corrosion Resistance: The cast iron hammer body undergoes overall hot-dip galvanizing treatment, with a thick and dense coating that isolates it from rainwater and atmospheric corrosion.

Standards: Strictly complies with GB/T2314, GB/T2315, and DL/T1099 national standards for power fittings, suitable for 10kV-110kV full-specification overhead conductors, meeting the wind and vibration protection requirements of urban and rural power distribution networks and high-voltage transmission lines.
