Features of  NY-240/40 Compression Strain Clamp

Materials: Combines a conductive aluminum tube with an integrated quenched-and-tempered carbon steel anchor; the aluminum section offers excellent conductivity, while the steel anchor provides high tensile strength, making it suitable for high-tension conductor applications.
Manufacturing Process: The aluminum tube is precision-extruded into a seamless form; the steel anchor features precision-machined bevels and full-penetration welding. Surfaces are free of burrs, and hydraulic crimping results in uniform deformation, preventing damage to the aluminum strands.
Corrosion Protection: The aluminum tube undergoes passivation treatment, while the steel anchor is hot-dip galvanized; this inhibits galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals and ensures resistance to long-term outdoor exposure to moisture and salt spray.
