JJCD10-95-25 Piercing Connector for Ab Cable
Suitable for conductor cross-sections of 25–95 mm²; specifically designed for lightning protection grounding and maintenance grounding (hanging ground leads) on 10kV medium-voltage overhead insulated lines; suitable for distribution network branch lines and transformer area branch line grounding retrofits. Features controlled piercing depth (4–5 mm), dual-nut synchronous clamping for uniform force distribution, and excellent short-circuit withstand capability with a 257A rated current; a specialized grounding clamp for 10kV small-to-medium cross-section cables.

Material: Features a thickened glass-fiber reinforced PA66 insulating housing and tin-plated piercing teeth with an enlarged contact surface; equipped with high-strength carbon steel bolts secured by a double-nut locking system; compatible with 25–95 mm² medium-voltage cables; rated current of 257 A meets the requirements for grounding short-circuit current flow on 10 kV lines.
Construction: Integrated injection-molded housing with a large-diameter internal cavity; piercing depth stably controlled at 4–5 mm; double-nut synchronous locking ensures uniform force distribution and controllable installation torque; provides a tight, secure grip on large-cross-section cables, preventing slippage or detachment.
Corrosion Resistance: Metal components are fully galvanized and passivated to resist salt spray and moisture; the sealed cavity blocks moisture ingress, preventing overheating and oxidation at the connection; the weather-resistant plastic housing withstands long-term outdoor exposure to sun and rain without aging or cracking.
