Material: The housing is made of weather-resistant, flame-retardant PA66 insulating plastic, featuring highly conductive tinned copper alloy piercing blades and a carbon steel locking bolt with a single nut. It accommodates 25–95 mm² conductors and supports a rated current of 276A, meeting grounding and drainage current requirements.

Construction: The housing is manufactured via integrated injection molding; piercing depth is precisely controlled at 3–4 mm; a torque-limiting single-nut locking mechanism allows for insulation-piercing installation without the need for wire stripping, ensuring the insulation sheath is pierced without damaging the internal conductor core.

Corrosion Resistance: All metal fasteners undergo electro-galvanizing and passivation for rust prevention; the internal cavity is filled with insulating silicone grease to seal out moisture and oxygen; the UV-resistant plastic housing effectively inhibits electrochemical oxidation and corrosion at the connection point.
