JJCD10-95-25 Insulated Piercing Connector for Abc Cable

Designed for conductor cross-sections of 25–95 mm², this clamp is specifically engineered for 10kV distribution transformer lines-supporting lightning protection grounding and the attachment of grounding wires during maintenance outages-as well as for grounding retrofit projects on distribution network branch lines and transformer area feeders. It features a controlled piercing depth of 4–5 mm and a dual-nut design that ensures uniform clamping force. With a rated current of 257 A and excellent short-circuit withstand performance, it is a specialized insulation-piercing grounding clamp for small-to-medium cross-section 10kV cables.

Material: Features a thickened glass-fiber reinforced PA66 insulating housing paired with tin-plated piercing teeth that offer an enlarged contact surface. It utilizes high-strength carbon steel bolts secured by dual nuts. Compatible with 25–95 mm² cables, it supports a rated current of 257 A, meeting the requirements for grounding and short-circuit current flow on 10kV distribution transformer lines.

Manufacturing: Integrated injection molding ensures a precise fit with the cable's outer diameter. The piercing depth is stably controlled at 4–5 mm. Synchronous dual-nut locking ensures uniform force distribution and consistent, controllable installation torque, resulting in a tight, secure grip that resists slipping or detachment under load.

Corrosion Resistance: Metal components undergo overall galvanizing and passivation to withstand salt spray and moisture.
