JJC-3 Electrical Piercing Connector
Suitable for main lines with cross-sections of 16–95 mm² and branch lines with cross-sections of 4–50 mm², specifically designed for branch connections of 1 kV low-voltage cables of the same calibre, suitable for distribution branch lines in transformer substations and T-junctions for current diversion on outdoor lighting trunk lines. The conductive piercing teeth ensure a stable electrical connection, whilst the single-bolt locking mechanism provides convenient and secure fastening; this piercing clamp is specifically designed for large branches on cables of standard cross-sections.

Features of the JJC-3 Electrical Piercing Connector
Material: A thickened PA66 insulated housing is paired with thickened tin-plated copper piercing blades and a high-strength carbon steel single bolt. Suitable for main conductors of 16–95 mm² and branch conductors of 4–50 mm², with a rated current-carrying capacity of 157 A, making it suitable for medium-current branching applications.
Manufacturing Process: The dual-chamber, one-piece injection-moulded clamping structure ensures symmetrical and uniform clamping; the blade's large contact surface is precision-machined via stamping; the torque-locking mechanism eliminates manual tightening deviations, resulting in greater current-carrying stability.
Corrosion protection: Metal components are zinc-plated to prevent rust; internal silicone grease seals out air, eliminating the risk of electrochemical corrosion between copper and aluminium; the housing is resistant to high and low temperatures, making it suitable for complex outdoor environments in urban and suburban areas.
Standards: Complies with GB/T2314, GB/T2315, DL/T764 and DL/T284 production specifications for the electrical fittings industry.
