Features of the JBC-0 Wire Piercing Connector
Material: The housing is made of weather-resistant, flame-retardant PA66 engineering plastic. It incorporates highly conductive tinned copper alloy piercing teeth and a single carbon steel locking bolt. Suitable for 25–70 mm² main lines and 6–35 mm² branch lines, meeting the requirements for conductive branch connections in low-voltage distribution networks.
Construction: The integrated injection-molded housing precisely matches the cable's outer diameter; a single-screw locking mechanism with torque limitation enables installation without stripping insulation, while the piercing teeth penetrate the outer sheath without damaging the inner conductor cores.
Corrosion Resistance: Metal screws undergo overall electro-galvanizing and passivation for rust prevention; the internal cavity is filled with insulating silicone grease to block moisture ingress; the plastic housing is UV-resistant, effectively inhibiting electrochemical oxidation and corrosion at the connection point.
Standards: Complies with GB/T2314, GB/T2315, DL/T764, and DL/T284 manufacturing standards for electric power fittings.
