PA4.16-35 Four Core Tension Clamp

Designed for 4×16–35 mm² conductors, this clamp is specifically engineered for the tensioning and anchoring of 1kV low-voltage four-core bundled insulated cables at service entry points. It features an integrated wrap-around locking structure that simultaneously grips and secures all four conductors, offering easy installation and excellent sealing performance.

Features of Four Core Tension Clamp

Material: Features a specialized four-cavity PA66 insulating housing paired with a stainless steel tensioning structure; supports a tensile load of 2.5 kN and is suitable for the integrated tensioning and anchoring of 4×16–35 mm² four-core bundled cables.

Manufacturing: Produced via multi-cavity integrated injection molding with a neat layout of the four cable-gripping positions; the synchronous locking structure enables the integrated anchoring of bundled cables.

Corrosion Resistance: Metal components undergo anti-rust treatment; the enclosed housing prevents the ingress of rainwater and salt spray, thereby slowing down metal corrosion and the aging of cable insulation.

Standards: Suitable for 1 kV low-voltage distribution lines; complies with industry standards for electric power fittings, including GB/T2314, GB/T2315, DL/T764, and DL/T284.
