It adopts a composite structure consisting of PA66 nylon housing and stainless steel wire rope formed by integral injection molding for easy assembly. Its rated tensile load is 2.5 kN, and it can operate stably within a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +120℃. With a designed long-term outdoor service life of no less than 25 years, it is a versatile low-voltage tension anchoring fitting compatible with a wide range of conductor sizes.

Features of DCR-2 Wedge Clamp for Cable
Material: The outer shell is made of weather-resistant and flame-retardant PA66 nylon, with stainless steel wire rope used as internal load-bearing components. Compatible with conductors ranging from 6 mm² to 70 mm², it is applied for tension anchoring on overhead low-voltage lines up to 1 kV with a rated tensile load of 2.5 kN, delivering stable structural mechanical performance across its wide conductor matching range.
Process: Manufactured via integral injection molding to integrate the nylon housing and stainless steel wire rope as a single unit. The inner cable groove is capable of clamping and fixing conductors with various outer diameters with high dimensional consistency, enabling simple and efficient cable tightening and assembly on site.
Corrosion Resistance: The built-in stainless steel wire rope features inherent rust and corrosion resistance. The PA66 nylon shell resists UV aging, salt spray, acid and alkali erosion, preventing moisture from contacting internal stressed components and meeting requirements for long-term outdoor operation under variable weather conditions.
Standard Compliance: It conforms to the general technical requirements for power fittings GB/T2314 and GB/T2315, complying with industrial specifications on structural design, mechanical testing and factory inspection for tension anchoring products used on overhead insulated conductors of 1 kV and below.
