NX Wedge Cable Clamp

Applicable conductor cross‑section: 135–150 mm². It is customized for terminal anchoring of large‑size stranded conductors on distribution lines, used for tension fixing at terminals and turning positions of 10 kV main lines and heavy‑load overhead conductors.

The aluminum alloy wedge self‑locking structure features sufficient tensile bearing capacity and efficient on‑site assembly, acting as a professional tension anchoring clamp for large‑size ACSR conductors.

Material: The inner cavity has dense metallic structure free of porosity and shrinkage, delivering strong deformation resistance against cracking and permanent deformation under repeated tension for long‑term stable clamping performance.

Process: Finished products are fully deburred and edge rounded to eliminate sharp corners, eliminating on‑site hazards such as cable scratching and operator injury during installation.

Corrosion Protection: Thorough degreasing and slag removal pretreatment are carried out before coating, enhancing coating adhesion to prevent peeling and shedding and sustain long‑term anti‑corrosion performance.

Standard Compliance: Complies with industrial production specifications for power fittings including GB/T2314, GB/T2315, DL/T764 and DL/T284.
