PAL1000A Aluminum Anchor Tension Clamp

Suitable for insulated conductors with a cross-sectional area of 16–35 mm², specifically designed for anchoring low-voltage bundled overhead cables entering buildings, and suitable for tensioning and securing low-voltage single- or twin-core ABC cables in rural service drops and street lighting applications. The aluminium alloy self-locking design requires no bolts, ensuring quick installation without damaging the insulation sheath. This tension clamp is specifically designed for small-cross-section low-voltage bundled cables.

Features of PAL1000A Aluminum Anchor Tension Clamp

Material: The main housing is made of high-strength ZL104 cast aluminium alloy, which is lightweight yet offers high tensile strength, ensuring it remains resistant to breakage and deformation even under long-term outdoor loads.

Process: The aluminium alloy housing is formed through one-piece die-casting, with precise internal cavity dimensions. It is standardised to fit insulated cables of corresponding outer diameters, ensuring a gap-free fit during assembly.

Corrosion Protection: The entire aluminium alloy housing undergoes hard anodising to form a dense protective coating, resisting corrosion from outdoor rain, dust and UV radiation.

Standards: Complies with industry standards for low-voltage overhead insulated cable fittings. Widely used in rural and urban power grid upgrades, low-voltage service connections to residential estates, and terminal anchoring of overhead insulated conductors in industrial sites.
