NLL-3 Bolted Strain Clamp
Suitable for conductor cross-sections of 95–150 mm², this clamp is specifically designed for Bolted Strain Clamp of conductors on 10 kV medium- and heavy-load lines, and is suitable for securing large-cross-section conductors on urban trunk lines and industrial park lines. Made of reinforced aluminum alloy, it provides stable bolt clamping force and can withstand high conductor tension, making it the core hardware for tension clamping on medium- and heavy-load lines.

Material: The clamp body is made of heat-treated, high-strength aluminum alloy and equipped with hot-dip galvanized steel bolts; it features zero hysteresis or eddy current losses, high tensile strength, and excellent electrical conductivity.
Manufacturing: Produced via an integrated die-casting process with precision-machined internal dimensions; ensures uniform clamping force, high interchangeability, and ease of installation and removal in the field.
Corrosion Resistance: The aluminum alloy surface undergoes passivation and anti-oxidation treatment, while steel fasteners are hot-dip galvanized; the assembly resists outdoor salt spray and rain erosion, ensuring durability and rust resistance during long-term outdoor operation.
