PAL1000 Electrical Network Anchor Clamp

Suitable for insulated conductors with a cross-sectional area of 25–35 mm², specifically designed for tension anchoring at the terminus of low-voltage overhead insulated conductors, suitable for securing single 25/35 mm² overhead insulated cables in rural and town outdoor environments. Features an integrated self-locking clamping structure with a minimum breaking load of 10 kN; a universal tension clamp for lightweight low-voltage overhead cables.

Material: The built-in anti-slip clamping teeth are made from high-toughness engineering plastic with moderate hardness, ensuring they do not cut through the cable insulation during clamping whilst maintaining stable gripping friction.

Process: The clamping teeth and grooves are precision injection-moulded as a single unit; the curvature of the teeth matches the cable sheath, ensuring extensive engagement without slippage once locked.

Corrosion Protection: The steel spring clamp is fully hot-dip galvanised, effectively sealing out air and moisture. This ensures resistance to rust and loss of elasticity during long-term outdoor use.

Standards: Complies with industry standards for low-voltage overhead insulated cable fittings.
