JBG-1 Wedge Strain Clamp
As a global 10KV distribution line tension clamp supplier, Jinkaite engineering proudly manufactures the JBG-1 aluminum alloy wedge strain clamp. It is professionally engineered for secure terminal anchoring of steel strands (ground wires/OPGW) with diameters of 6.0-8.0 mm and aluminum/ACSR conductors with cross-sections of 16-50 mm² on overhead distribution branch lines.
It fits steel strands with a diameter of 6.0–8.0 mm and aluminum / ACSR conductors with cross-sections ranging from 16 to 50 mm². Designed for wire splicing on small 10 kV overhead branch lines, it is suitable for rural lighting branch lines and low-voltage ground wire connections. The cast aluminum body is secured by 2 sets of M12 bolts to deliver even clamping force and simple disassembly. This is a universal parallel groove clamp for small-size conductors.
