JBC-1 No-Stripping Piercing Connector

Materials: Features a modified, weather-resistant PA66 insulating housing, highly conductive tinned piercing blades, and a single carbon steel locking screw; compatible with 35–70 mm² main lines and 6–35 mm² branch lines, suitable for standard low-voltage T-tap connections.

Construction: The injection-molded clamping cavity conforms to the specific cable profile; piercing depth is precisely controlled; a single screw with a defined tightening torque ensures simple on-site installation without stripping insulation and high assembly efficiency.

Corrosion Resistance: Fasteners are treated with passivation for rust protection; the sealed cavity isolates conductive surfaces from moisture and rain; the weather-resistant plastic housing withstands outdoor exposure to sun and rain, delaying housing cracking and preventing overheating or oxidation at the connection.
