DTL-2-70 Conductor Copper-Aluminum Terminal
Suitable for conductor cross-sections of 70 mm², specifically designed for transition connections in 10 kV urban distribution backbone equipment, suitable for connecting feeder terminals in community distribution rooms and medium-sized prefabricated substations. Features a reinforced, thickened copper-aluminium composite body with ample current-carrying capacity; a universal copper-aluminium terminal block for medium-to-heavy-duty overhead lines.

Material: The tin-plating layer utilises high-purity electrolytic tin raw material, resulting in a dense coating with strong adhesion that provides long-term protection against oxidation and blackening of the copper terminals.
Process: The surface is processed using a bright tin-plating production line, ensuring uniform coating thickness and eliminating process defects such as missed plating, pinholes or flaking.
Corrosion Protection: Following tin plating, a sealing and passivation process is applied to enhance resistance to acids, alkalis and industrial fumes, thereby extending the service life of outdoor equipment.
Standards: Strictly complies with national standards for power line fittings (GB/T 2314, GB/T 2315, DL/T 693), covering all mainstream aluminium stranded wire specifications. Utilising standardised hydraulic crimping methods, these terminals are widely used in rural grid upgrades, urban residential distribution systems, and low-voltage electrical installation projects in industrial facilities.
