JXD-1 PG Connectors

Suitable for conductor cross-sections of 16–35 mm²; specifically designed for paralleling small-cross-section conductors on 10kV light-load lines (e.g., rural branch lines and street lighting circuits). Features aluminum alloy construction with bolt fastening; compact structure and easy installation; a dedicated clamp for small-cross-section conductors.

Features of JXD PG Connectors

Material: High-purity die-cast aluminum alloy; features low electrical conduction loss, lightweight design, and excellent elasticity and toughness for secure clamping.

Manufacturing: Integrally die-cast; features a wedge-type spring-loaded self-locking mechanism and precision-milled cable grooves that ensure a secure fit and prevent loosening, eliminating the need for complex crimping.

Corrosion Resistance: Surface-treated with anodic oxidation and passivation to withstand oxidation from rain and electrochemical corrosion in outdoor environments; suitable for overhead distribution networks.

Standards: Complies with national standards for electric power fittings (GB/T2314, GB/T2315, DL/T764, DL/T284) and is suitable for 10kV overhead insulated lines.
