DT-185S Copper Cable Lugs

Made from tin-plated red copper with a dual-hole bolt connection, it offers excellent electrical conductivity and serves as a universal fitting for large-cross-section conductors.

Material: The surface tin plating utilises high-purity tin, ensuring strong adhesion and effectively preventing oxidation reactions between the air and the copper substrate.
Process: Precision-punched terminal mounting holes + double-sided chamfering, compatible with standard equipment bolts, ensuring smooth assembly without damaging fasteners.
Corrosion Protection: Edges and holes undergo polishing and passivation treatment to eliminate burrs and crevices, thereby reducing potential attachment points for corrosive media.
Standards: Strictly complies with the national standards for power line fittings GB/T 2314, GB/T 2315 and DL/T 693, covering copper cable specifications from 35 to 120 mm², and designed for crimping copper conductors in transformers, switchgear and prefabricated substations.
