SYG-35 SYG Compression Type Cable Clamp

Suitable for conductors with a cross-sectional area of 35 mm², this terminal is specifically designed for copper-aluminium transition connections in small 10 kV distribution equipment, and is suitable for connecting output terminals in street lamp substations and small domestic distribution cabinets. Featuring a one-piece hydraulic compression structure with copper-aluminium flash-brazing, it requires only two crimping operations for efficient installation and is a transition terminal specifically designed for low-current, light-load equipment.

Material: The aluminium tube section is made from 1060 high-purity aluminium, which offers excellent electrical conductivity and is soft in texture, ensuring a tight fit with the aluminium stranded wire during crimping without damaging the conductor.Process: The copper-aluminium joint is produced using a flash butt-welding composite process, resulting in a fusion surface free from delamination or bubbles, and a continuous electrical path without any breaks.Corrosion Protection: The copper terminals are fully tin-plated to prevent oxidation by air, thereby preventing blackening of the copper surface and reducing contact resistance.Standards: Strictly complies with the national standards for electrical fittings: GB/T 2314, GB/T 2315 and DL/T 693.
