DT-240S Copper Metal Cable Lug

Suitable for 240mm² conductors, this is the mainstream large-cross-section double-hole terminal block for 10kV distribution lines, designed for the terminals of large-scale distribution equipment used in urban trunk lines. Made of tin-plated red copper with a double-hole bolt connection, it ensures a stable connection and maximised electrical conductivity, making it the preferred choice for large-cross-section conductors.

Material: Thickened and widened copper plates at the terminal bolt holes ensure even load distribution, preventing deformation or chipping during long-term fastening.

Process: The entire product undergoes a high-temperature tin-plating process, resulting in a uniform coating thickness free from defects such as missed plating, pinholes or flaking.

Corrosion Protection: Following tin plating, a sealing and passivation treatment is applied to enhance resistance to acid, alkali and industrial mist corrosion, thereby extending service life.

Standards: Strictly complies with the national standards for electrical fittings GB/T 2314, GB/T 2315 and DL/T 693, covering copper cable cross-sections from 35 to 120 mm². Designed for crimping copper conductors in transformers, switchgear and prefabricated substations.
