Specially designed for 10KV rural grid lines and street lighting circuits, this high-performance tangent pole hardware is fully compatible with steel-core aluminum stranded wire (ACSR) and lightning protection wires with an outside diameter ranging from 7.0 mm to 13.0 mm. It is specially designed for conductor suspension on 10 kV light-load overhead lines, applicable to conductor mounting on tangent poles of rural branch lines and street lighting circuits.

Its central swivel structure enables flexible adjustment of conductor deflection angle. Constructed from lightweight aluminum alloy, it is easy to install and serves as a universal suspension clamp for light-load lines.

Compatible specifications: Designed to match the curvature of cable troughs with an outer diameter of 7.0–13.0 mm for overhead conductors; secures conductors in suspension at tower cross-arms; compatible with the installation of standard steel-core aluminium stranded wire and lightning protection wires.
Structural Dimensions: The overall length, width and height have been optimised through mechanical design, ensuring a sufficient clamping and wrapping area to prevent indentations or damage caused by stress concentration due to pressure on the conductor.
Mechanical Properties: A nominal breaking load of 40 kN enables the clamp to withstand alternating tensile forces caused by wind-induced vibrations and ice accumulation on the line, ensuring it remains secure and does not loosen or break during suspension.
Rotational Structure Characteristics: Features a built-in central rotational adjustment mechanism that allows for adaptive deflection when the line sways in the wind, thereby reducing fatigue damage caused by cable bending and extending the service life of the cable.
