It is suitable for connecting insulator strings to hardware strings on rural feeder lines and streetlight circuits. Made of high-quality carbon steel with hot-dip galvanization, its bowl-head structure is compatible with standard insulator ball heads, ensuring easy installation. It serves as a universal connector for insulators on light-load lines.

Features of the W-Type Adaptor Socket Clevis

Material: One-piece high-strength cast iron construction with excellent impact toughness, capable of withstanding cyclic loading and deformation caused by line wind vibrations and ice accumulation.
Manufacturing Process: After casting, the pin holes are precision-bored by machine, ensuring accurate dimensional tolerances, smooth and jam-free coupling, and a flat load-bearing surface with uniform stress distribution.
Corrosion Protection: The entire component undergoes hot-dip galvanising, resulting in a dense coating with strong adhesion that resists corrosion from outdoor rain and atmospheric conditions, thereby extending its service life outdoors.
Standards: Complies with the General Technical Requirements for Electrical Fittings (GB/T 2314 and GB/T 2315). Passes factory testing for rated tensile breaking load and is suitable for connecting insulator strings on transmission lines.
