ZBD-0780 ZBD Right Angle Hung Plate
This ZBD-type right-angle clevis has a nominal breaking load of 70kN. It is specially designed for adjustable right-angle connections on 10kV light-load overhead lines, applicable to fine-tuning assembly strings of fittings for rural branch lines and street lighting circuits.
Made of high-quality carbon steel with hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, it is equipped with adjusting holes to fine-tune connection length. It realizes both right-angle deflection and length adjustment, serving as a multi-functional connecting fitting for light-load power lines.

Features of ZBD Right Angle Hung Plate
Material: Forged from premium carbon structural steel, it features dense and uniform internal structure with sufficient tensile strength, capable of steadily bearing the nominal breaking load of its corresponding specification.
Process: Adopting integral die forging forming technology, all mounting holes are precision machined with tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring high fitting compatibility with matched connecting fittings.
Corrosion Protection: The whole component is treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion resistance. Its compact and firm surface zinc coating resists erosion from outdoor moisture and salt spray, suitable for long-term service on overhead outdoor lines.
Standard Compliance: Two models are available: ZBD-0780 and ZBD-07/1280, both with a nominal breaking load of 70kN. They are widely used for angle transition connection between overhead transmission line fittings, complying with relevant design, construction and acceptance specifications for electrical connecting fittings.
