ZS-0780 ZS Clevis Right Angle Plate

This ZS-type right-angle clevis features a nominal breaking load of 70kN. It is specially designed for double right-angle transition connections on 10kV light-load overhead lines, suitable for complicated turning applications of rural branch lines and street lighting circuits.

Fabricated from high-quality carbon steel with hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, its double Z-shaped structure enables bidirectional 90° angle transition. With flexible installation, this fitting is dedicated to complex connection scenarios for light-load power lines.

Material: Forged from premium carbon structural steel, it boasts excellent overall tensile and bending resistance, meeting the mechanical load requirement of its specified nominal breaking load.

Process: Adopting integral die forging forming technology, it delivers precise and regular hole positions with minimal deformation, ensuring smooth alignment and assembly with matching power fittings.

Corrosion Protection: The whole part is treated by hot-dip galvanizing to form a protective zinc coating, effectively resisting erosion from moisture and salt spray outdoors and preventing rust during long-term open-air service.

Standard Compliance: Available in two models: ZS-0780 (rated breaking load 70kN) and ZS-1080 (rated breaking load 100kN). They are applied for angle connection between fittings of overhead transmission lines, and conform to the specification for connecting fittings supporting overhead distribution lines.
