It features a heavy-gauge aluminum tube suitable for hydraulic crimping, ensuring a secure connection and excellent electrical performance; it serves as a universal splicing fitting for heavy-duty insulated lines.

Compatibility: The inner diameter of the sleeve precisely matches the core of 185mm² insulated aluminum stranded wire; a tight fit after crimping ensures stable electrical continuity between the two conductors.
Length Configuration: The effective length of the aluminum tube meets crimping process requirements, providing sufficient gripping length to ensure mechanical tensile strength; the accompanying insulating cover is long enough to fully encapsulate the joint, providing complete insulation protection.
Mechanical Grip Strength: The rated grip strength of 25.4kN exceeds the conductor's rated tensile strength, ensuring the joint remains secure under load without loosening or breaking, thus meeting the requirements for long-term tensioned operation of overhead lines.
